Checkweigher System, Optiweigh, Model IW 25000 is primarily used for weighing and segregating packs for low or high weight, during packing. The checkweigher
is easy to integrate in the existing line and occupies less space.
The system consists of Inlet, Weighing and Exit conveyor. The exit conveyor has suitable rejection mechanism, which works on the pneumatic supply.
Typically this system is useful in Food, FMCG, and Pharmaceutical sector for warehousing solutions. Integration with other devices like bar code reader & ink jet printer can also be made available on specific requirement.
